General Summary
The Treasury Management and Deposit Solutions Manager is responsible for the strategy, development, implementation, and enhancement of treasury management and deposit products and services for business banking members. This role serves as the liaison between business banking, treasury management, digital, operations, and technology teams to ensure solutions meet member needs, drive deposit and revenue growth, and support operational efficiency.
Essential Responsibilities
Leadership: Provide leadership to the organization and staff by promoting and modeling the Centris Vision, Mission, Values and Team Principles.
- Establish strong working relationships with other departments to identify opportunities for product integration and optimization.
- Identify winning strategies to drive deposit and revenue growth and product utilization.
- Lead ongoing competitive intelligence and monitoring of treasury management and deposit products and services. Serve as the subject matter expert to guide strategic decisions and investments into treasury management.
- Collaborate with business units to proactively develop product initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives involving business banking, treasury management, digital banking, operations, and technology teams.
Strategy: Define and prioritize product enhancements that support treasury management and business banking services. Act as a subject matter expert; work closely with technology, operations, digital, and business banking partners to deliver impactful member-facing solutions.
- Define the strategic vision for treasury management products and associated digital services.
- Serve as a cross-functional leader responsible for aligning business banking strategy, member needs, and technology investments.
- Collaborate with digital, operations, and technology teams to design, implement, and improve treasury management functionality.
- Coordinate integration efforts across digital platforms, core banking systems, payment networks, and third-party providers.
- Develop training materials and support sales enablement for treasury management offerings.
- Coordinate development activities between cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory developments.
Product Management: Lead the strategy, development, and continuous optimization of treasury management and deposit products and services to support business member needs, drive digital adoption, and achieve organizational growth objectives. Serve as the business owner for treasury management solutions, partner across business banking, technology, operations, and vendor teams to deliver innovative capabilities.

- Partner with treasury management and business banking to gather requirements and ensure product capabilities meet evolving member expectations.
- Analyze member feedback, competitive offerings, industry trends, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancement.
- Develop business cases for new products, enhancements, technology investments, and platform modernization initiatives.
- Define business requirements, implementation priorities, success metrics, and performance expectations for new products and enhancements.
- Lead product lifecycle management from concept and evaluation through implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), provide executive reporting and recommendations to improve product performance.
- Oversee product implementation projects, technology integrations, testing activity, user acceptance validation, and production readiness efforts.
- Ensure treasury management services are effectively integrated across digital banking channels, operational processes, and supporting systems.
- Collaborate with risk, compliance, and operations teams to support regulatory requirements, controls, and governance standards.
- Support vendor management activities and maintain productive relationships with technology partners.
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures, pricing strategies, product positioning, member communications, and go-to-market plans to drive adoption and revenue growth.
Service and Sales: Provide unparalleled service to both internal and external members in accordance with the Centris Service promises.
- Create and/or develop long-lasting relationships with internal and external members, vendors, and other business contacts.
- Communicate regularly with other areas of the organization about the department priorities, activities, and needs to support our mission and goals.
- Serve as a liaison to internal departments about operations, systems, member service, marketing and training for employees for treasury management products and services.
- Identify member needs and market opportunities to enhance treasury products and services.
- Ensure a seamless client experience across treasury management and digital banking channels.

Job Requirements
Technical Skills and Experience Requirement
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, and/or additional related work experience.
- Must have five years of experience in Treasury Management, Cash Management, Commercial Banking, or Product Management.
- Must have strong knowledge of ACH, wire transfers, positive pay, remote deposit capture, fraud mitigation, cash positioning, and liquidity management solutions.
- Must have experience working with digital banking platforms and technology delivery teams.
