Job description

Work Flexibility: Field-based

We're looking for a Territory Manager to join our Acute Care Division, representing a portfolio that includes ICU beds, stretchers, transport chairs, emergency care equipment, and patient handling solutions. This Sydney-based territory covers Metropolitan Sydney, Southern NSW, and the ACT, with responsibility for driving sales growth across both existing and new hospital customers.


This role is focused on territory expansion, business development, account growth, and strategic sales execution. You'll partner with healthcare professionals and decision-makers to identify opportunities, develop customer relationships, and drive commercial results across your territory.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales, growth, and market share objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across hospitals and healthcare facilities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clinical, procurement, operational, and executive stakeholders.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, evaluations, and training education to support product adoption.
  • Manage sales opportunities through the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to implementation.
  • Analyse territory performance and adjust sales strategies to optimise results.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales with responsibility for achieving revenue targets.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience developing and executing territory or account plans.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline through a structured sales process.
  • Valid driver's licence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling capital equipment, technology solutions, industrial products, business services, or other complex B2B solutions.
  • Experience managing a geographically dispersed territory.
  • Experience selling to multiple stakeholders within large or complex organisations.
  • Experience using CRM systems for opportunity and pipeline management.

Additional Information

  • Sydney-based field sales role covering Metropolitan Sydney, Southern NSW, and the ACT.
  • Regular travel throughout the territory is required.
  • Hybrid work arrangement with a combination of customer-facing field activity and remote working.
