About Orchestry
Orchestry is a pioneering SaaS company in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, helping organizations simplify, govern, and get more value from their collaboration tools. Our platform empowers IT and business users alike through intelligent automation, governance, and user-friendly design.
We are a remote-first team of smart, kind, low-ego people who take ownership of their work and care about building something that matters. There is plenty of flexibility in how you work, but just as much accountability for what you deliver.
We're growing fast and scaling globally, and we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own meaningful areas of the product end-to-end—from discovery and strategy through launch and iteration. You'll spend time with customers, turn their insights into product opportunities, work closely with Engineering and UX to shape solutions, and help determine what we build next and why. This is a hands-on role with significant autonomy, where you'll develop a clear point of view, communicate it, and move things forward.
About the role
As a Senior Product Manager at Orchestry, you'll own meaningful areas of the product from discovery through launch and iteration.
You'll spend time with customers, understand their problems deeply, turn those insights into product opportunities, work alongside Engineering and UX to shape solutions, and help determine what we build next and why.
This is a hands-on role. We're looking for someone who enjoys the actual craft of product management: talking to customers, digging through data, prototyping ideas, defining requirements, working through trade-offs with engineers, and measuring whether what we shipped actually worked.
You'll also have significant autonomy. We want someone who develops a point of view, communicates it clearly, and moves things forward.
What you'll do
- Own product areas end-to-end, from discovery and strategy through delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration.
- Build strong relationships with customers and regularly participate in discovery calls, sales conversations, customer feedback sessions, and post-launch validation.
- Identify customer problems and opportunities through qualitative research, product data, market trends, competitive research, and input from Sales, Customer Success, and Support.
- Turn ambiguous problems into clear product direction, priorities, bets, requirements, prototypes, and measurable outcomes.
- Partner closely with Engineering and UX throughout discovery and delivery, bringing them into problems early rather than simply handing off requirements.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps that connect customer needs with company strategy and measurable business outcomes.
- Prioritize competing opportunities using evidence, product judgment, business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic fit.
- Work closely with go-to-market teams so upcoming capabilities are understood, positioned, launched, and supported effectively.
- Establish success criteria before development and measure adoption, customer value, and business impact after launch.
- Challenge assumptions, including your own, and use customer evidence and data to help the team make better decisions.
- Help continuously improve how Product operates at Orchestry, including discovery, planning, communication, documentation, and delivery practices.
- Use modern AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, prototyping, analysis, and other parts of the product development lifecycle.
- Mentor and collaborate with other product team members as the organization continues to grow.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated senior-level ownership of complex products or major product areas.
- Experience owning software products or major product areas through the full product lifecycle.
- Strong customer discovery skills and a genuine desire to spend time directly with customers.
- A track record of turning customer and market insights into successful product decisions.
- Strong product judgment and the confidence to form and defend a point of view.
- Comfortable making decisions in ambiguous environments without waiting for perfect information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working closely with software engineers and enough technical fluency to participate meaningfully in architecture, feasibility, API, integration, and implementation discussions.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using both quantitative and qualitative evidence to make product decisions.
- Experience defining product outcomes and measuring whether launches actually achieved them.
- Ability to work across Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and leadership without relying on formal authority.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving startup or scale-up where roles are broad and priorities can evolve.
- A high degree of ownership. When you see a problem, your instinct is to understand it and help solve it.
Nice to Have's
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, IT administration, security, governance, or platform products.
- Experience building products for technical or administrative users.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, or the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, permissions, identity, or enterprise security concepts.
- Experience with AI-enabled products, LLMs, agents, MCP, or AI-assisted product development.
- Experience working with remote and distributed teams.
- Experience mentoring other Product Managers or helping improve a product management practice.
How We Work
We believe good Product Management starts with understanding the problem, not defending a solution.
Our PMs are expected to stay close to customers, collaborate deeply with Engineering, bring evidence into decisions, and have strong opinions while remaining willing to change those opinions when the evidence changes.
We move quickly, but we're not interested in shipping features simply to say we shipped them. We care about whether the work solves a real problem and creates measurable value.
You'll have room to operate here. We expect you to use it.
