We partner with high-growth organizations to deliver services across vCISO, penetration testing, and compliance frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, CMMC, and FedRAMP. Role Overview:

We're hiring a People & IT Coordinator to support our HR Manager and Executive Assistant with the day-to-day operational, administrative, and logistical work that keeps a fast-growing remote company running smoothly. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role covering IT onboarding/offboarding logistics, equipment management, HRIS/ATS data hygiene, and cross-department projects, freeing up senior team members to focus on strategic, high-touch work.

Responsibilities:

IT & Equipment Logistics:

  • Manage IT equipment lifecycle logistics for new hires and departing employees: preparing, shipping (FedEx), tracking, and retrieving laptops and equipment
  • Coordinate equipment inventory and storage tracking
  • Support the operational/logistics side of onboarding and offboarding (equipment, system access requests, account setup checklists); onboarding and offboarding conversations remain owned by the HR Manager

HR Systems & Data Administration:

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee data in Greenhouse (ATS)
  • Support the HR Manager and Executive Assistant in data entry and projects across HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Assist with intern timecard collection and I-9 documentation collection support when needed
  • Help maintain HR documentation, trackers, and process checklists

General People Ops & Admin Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, Executive Assistant, and CISO as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in HR operations, people operations, administrative support, or a related coordination role
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up habits, comfortable asking questions
  • Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse a plus) and/or PEO platform (Justworks a plus), and strong general comfort learning new systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable in a fully remote environment
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities (shipping logistics, resume review, data entry) without dropping details
  • Discretion with confidential employee information
  • Prior experience in a fast-growing startup or tech/cybersecurity environment
