Job description

Position Type: Full-Time | Remote
Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours

About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to own and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives. You’ll be responsible for planning campaigns, managing digital channels, developing content and messaging, analyzing performance and working closely with sales, product and leadership to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who can independently manage multiple initiatives, make data-driven decisions, and take ownership of marketing outcomes from strategy through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Own campaigns from initial concept through execution and performance analysis.
  • Develop strategies focused on brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.

Content & Messaging

  • Develop and oversee marketing content across digital channels.
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and positioning.
  • Work with creative and content teams to ensure high-quality marketing assets.

Market & Audience Research

  • Research market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
  • Analyze audience insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve go-to-market approach.

Digital Channel Management

  • Manage and optimize social media, email marketing, paid media and organic search.
  • Monitor channel performance and adjust strategies based on results.
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement, traffic and lead generation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Support product launches and new market initiatives.
  • Help create a consistent customer journey from awareness through conversion.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track campaign and channel performance using marketing analytics tools.
  • Interpret marketing data and identify trends and opportunities.
  • Present clear recommendations and next steps based on performance.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in an equivalent senior marketing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to own marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
  • Strong knowledge of paid media, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
  • Experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines independently.
  • Spanish proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Perfect Fit / Culture

  • Takes ownership of outcomes rather than simply completing assigned tasks.
  • Proactively identifies underperforming campaigns and takes action to improve them.
  • Communicates clearly across teams and time zones.
  • Comfortable making decisions in an environment where not every requirement is fully defined.
  • Brings new ideas and a builder's mindset to growing the marketing function.
  • Organized, proactive, analytical and comfortable working independently.

Typical Day

You may start by reviewing campaign dashboards and identifying areas that need attention. Your day could include coordinating marketing assets, reviewing content and ad campaigns, refining targeting, analyzing campaign performance, meeting with sales or product teams, preparing reports, and planning upcoming campaigns.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, so you’ll be expected to move comfortably between campaign planning, content, digital channels, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
