About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a creative professional who can take a brief, understand the objective, and independently turn it into polished, production-ready designs across both print and digital formats.

You’ll work on a variety of marketing materials, so strong visual communication skills, attention to detail, and experience beyond Canva are essential.

What You’ll Do

• Create professional, polished designs based on creative briefs and brand guidelines.
• Design materials for both print and digital campaigns.
• Work on projects such as:
  • Print materials and mailers
  • Door hangers
  • Digital advertisements
  • Digital billboards
  • Campaign graphics
  • Social and marketing assets
  • Other branded materials in multiple sizes and formats
• Prepare final, production-ready files according to project requirements.
• Adapt designs across different formats while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Manage multiple design requests and meet deadlines independently.
• Apply strong attention to typography, layout, spacing, color, and visual hierarchy.

Requirements

• Professional graphic design experience beyond Canva.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience creating designs for both print and digital media.
• Ability to take a creative brief and develop a finished design with limited direction.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional design work.
• Excellent attention to detail and visual consistency.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
