As a Disney Programs Representative, you'll serve as an on-campus voice for The Walt Disney Company, sharing your Disney College Program or Disney Culinary Program experience with fellow students at your school.


On-Campus Recruitment Responsibilities

  • Host information tables to engage prospective applicants
  • Post approved marketing materials in designated on-campus locations
  • Speak in classrooms and to student organizations to generate excitement about Disney Internships & Programs
  • Share program experiences and updates on social media
  • Support the recruitment team with "day of" activities, both virtually and in person
  • Encourage students on campus to explore and apply for the Disney College Program and Disney Culinary Program

ligibility Requirements

  • Must currently be participating in, or be an alum of, the Disney College Program or Disney Culinary Program
  • Must attend one of Disney's designated host universities
  • Must be returning to campus and enrolled as an active student for the 2027 academic year
  • Must be available to support in-person promotion of Disney Internships & Programs opportunities on campus during the spring 2027 and fall 2027 semesters
  • Must have the support of your leadership team for this opportunity
  • Must successfully complete your Disney Program
The pay rate for this role is $22.50 per hour. The base pay is actually offered may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and/or benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
