Key Responsibilities

  • Update content, layouts, formatting, themes, and graphics in Microsoft PowerPoint, ensuring consistency and accuracy across publishing materials.
  • Perform high-volume quality assurance checks to verify content accuracy, formatting consistency, and completion of requested changes.
  • Process automated and manual change requests, track completion, and coordinate final delivery within established deadlines.
  • Manage assets within Seismic, maintaining accurate versioning and archiving materials.
  • Generate and maintain charts in Microsoft Excel, ensuring accurate representation of source data and consistent presentation.
  • Identify data variances and discrepancies across publishing materials and take appropriate action to ensure accuracy.
  • Mentor team members and support training initiatives to strengthen the skills and capabilities of Publishing Specialists.
  • Manage large file repositories and execute repetitive publishing workflows using a systematic and methodical approach.

Must-have Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in directly relevant functions such as content production, publishing, or similar high-volume content operations.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint, including editing themes, templates, layouts, formatting, and graphics.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data visualization and chart creation.
  • Strong process orientation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage high-volume file repositories and execute repetitive workflows systematically.
  • Ability to identify trends, variances, and discrepancies across large volumes of content and data.
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities while consistently meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, platforms, and applications.

Nice-to-have:

  • AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
  • Working knowledge of financial and investment concepts.
  • Hands-on experience using Workfront and Seismic.
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments where accuracy, consistency, version control, and established publishing processes are critical.
