TITLE: Vice President of Operations
REPORTS TO: President of Direct Services
LOCATION: Remote Opportunity
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time, Exempt Employee
The Vice President of Operations is responsible for overseeing Workforce Services projects ensuring all projects are trained effectively, performing accordingly, and thriving within their communities. The primary responsibilities for this role will focus on leading Regional Directors, expenditure rates, driving metrics and performance, supporting liaison between Workforce Services and Corporate, negotiating performance metrics and creating service delivery plans for projects, and securing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate must have the ability to interact with all staff across all levels and locations while maintaining productive relationships with coordinating workforce boards. An ideal candidate would thrive in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
