Position Overview 

This role is accountable for defining what trusted capabilities Autodesk customers need and why they matter, partnering with product and platform organizations that determine how those capabilities are delivered. We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead the product strategy for Trusted experiences across Autodesk's platform ecosystem. Trust is foundational to every customer experience and every AI-powered workflow we deliver. This role will define the vision, strategy, and priorities for the trust capabilities customers expect and partner with product and platform teams to ensure these capabilities are delivered consistently across Autodesk products.  Reporting to the Chief Trust Officer you will partner across Autodesk to influence platform investments and product strategy. You will translate evolving customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and competitive trends into platform investments that strengthen Autodesk's differentiation. This is a highly collaborative, cross-functional leadership role requiring exceptional influence, strategic thinking, and execution across a global organization. 


We are open to remote candidates based in the United States and Canada.


Responsibilities 

  • Define the long-term product vision and strategy for Trust and Trusted AI capabilities across Autodesk's platform ecosystem
  • Partner with Platform Product Managers and Engineering leaders to prioritize customer-facing trust capabilities that can be leveraged consistently across Autodesk products
  • Develop business cases and product strategies informed by customer research, market trends, competitive analysis, technology innovation and evolving regulatory requirements
  • Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Security, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership on trust priorities and roadmap investments 
  • Continuously evaluate the evolving security, privacy, resilience, and AI landscape to identify strategic opportunities and emerging customer needs
  • Represent Autodesk's Trust strategy with enterprise customers, strategic partners, and industry forums

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 10+ years of Product Management or Platform Product Management experience, including defining platform strategy across multiple products 
  • Experience influencing product strategy across large, matrixed organizations without direct ownership of engineering teams
  • Strong understanding of enterprise customer expectations around security, privacy, resilience, and AI trust
  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment across technical and business organizations
  • Strong ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, technical complexity, and regulatory considerations  
  • Experience developing product strategies informed by customer insights, competitive analysis, and data 
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business strategies
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with experience defining success metrics and measuring product outcomes
  • Experience presenting strategy to executive leadership and engaging directly with enterprise customers
  • Experience working effectively across globally distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience building platform products for enterprise SaaS or cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of modern security architectures, cloud infrastructure, identity systems, privacy engineering, or AI governance frameworks
  • Experience working with AI/ML platform capabilities and responsible AI practices
  • Familiarity with industry security and privacy standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, GDPR, CCPA, or similar frameworks
  • MBA or technical degree
  • Experience working with platform adoption, developer experience, or shared services organizations

Responsabilités

  • Définir la vision et la stratégie produit à long terme pour les fonctionnalités de confiance et d’IA de confiance au sein de l’écosystème de plateformes d’Autodesk

Qualifications minimales

  • Plus de 10 ans d’expérience en gestion de produit ou en gestion de produit de plateforme, y compris la définition d’une stratégie de plateforme couvrant plusieurs produits
  • Expérience dans l’orientation de la stratégie produit au sein de grandes organisations matricielles sans responsabilité directe sur les équipes d’ingénierie
  • Solide compréhension des attentes des clients d’entreprise en matière de sécurité, de confidentialité, de résilience et de confiance dans l’IA
  • Capacité avérée à influencer les parties prenantes de la direction et à favoriser l’alignement entre les organisations techniques et commerciales

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $179,000 and $320,650. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
