Senior DevOps Engineer

Ciklum is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Our Client is the trading and investing platform that empowers users to invest, share and learn. The Client have created an investment platform that is built around collaboration and investor education. On the platform, users can view other investors’ portfolios and statistics, and interact with them to exchange ideas, discuss strategies, and benefit from shared knowledge. The Client has 40 million registered users from 75 countries,s and the platform is available in 20 languages. Our Client is an innovative, fast-growing business and was listed on Nasdaq in May 2025, also has over 1,500 employees across more than 10 offices worldwide, strategically positioned to serve user needs.  We are seeking an experienced DevOps Production Engineer with the ability to learn new and varied tools. Working with multiple frameworks and applications to drive the strategy for our Azure environment for providing a stable, enterprise-class public cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Support and design highly available, redundant, public multi-cloud services
• Utilizing IaaS and PaaS infra for large-scale mission-critical applications and high-transactional workloads with an emphasis on infrastructure and delivery principles in the Cloud and On-Premise
• Understand the challenges of large-scale hybrid cloud deployments as well as multiple-type resource allocation
• Understand CI/CD principles to implement automation and a full application delivery pipeline
• Design and innovate technologies and solutions for effective resource allocation, automated application deployment with zero downtime upgrades and maintenance

Requirements:

• 5+ Years of Experience in IT/DevOps related positions
• Expertise in Azure Highly preferred 
• Experience with infrastructure/cloud migrations, infrastructure disaster recovery planning, and implementation
• Experience with Terraform and Terragrunt 
• Experience with GitHub actions and Jenkins

Desirable:

• Experience in the development and maintenance of IT scripts, and Infrastructure as code (IaC) tools
• Experience with Ansible
• Experience with Linux and Windows Operating Systems
• Experience with Microsoft Server technology, including SQL Server, IIS, and Active Directory
• Deep understanding of Infrastructure components: VMs, AD/DNS, LBs
• Deep understanding of networking: Routers, Switching, Firewalls, Proxies, Load balancers, VPNs
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and related container patterns of deployment
• VMware ESXi experience
• Strong scripting skills
• Ability to use a variety of open-source technologies and tools
• Technical experience in data center operations support in large enterprise networks, including the implementation and support of private and hybrid cloud computing environments
