Job description

The Kardex Group is one of the world's leading manufacturers of dynamic storage, retrieval, and distribution systems. The Manager Marketing & Communications EMEA will support the growth of the Business Partner Management (BPM) across Eastern Europe, the Balkans, the Baltics, the Middle East and South Africa.

Reporting to the Regional Senior Marketing Manager, the role will work closely with regional sales and service teams and business partners/distributors to plan and execute data- and content-driven online and offline marketing initiatives.

Do you have strong international marketing experience in a B2B environment?



The role calls for a proactive, results-driven marketer with proven expertise in generating leads through our channel business partners/distributors, building broad brand awareness, and building a strong lead pipeline for our indirect sales channels. You will coordinate day-to-day projects, determine which strategies have the highest success rates for lead conversion, and become part of our BPM team by working remotely from one of the Eastern European, Balkan, or North African countries or Lisbon.

Your tasks


Online & Offline Marketing
Plan and execute integrated marketing activities, including digital campaigns, events, exhibitions, customer activities, and sales enablement.


Content & Assets Creation

Create and promote engaging B2B content across the buyer journey, including customer stories, videos, thought leadership, and social media content.


Inbound & Demand Generation
Develop multi-channel inbound campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, conversion, and demand. Use performance data to continuously optimize results.


Lead Generation
Drive lead generation and nurturing activities in close collaboration with Sales, ensuring effective qualification and handover of opportunities.


Sales and Service Support

Educate internal & external stakeholders and manage their needs and expectations.


Partners Enablement

Drive the channel partner network in the logistics or intralogistics industry.


Collaboration
Partner with regional and global Marketing and Sales teams to translate global strategies into impactful local campaigns and bring innovative ideas to the BPM region


Your profile


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Profund B2B experience in Marketing & Communications within an international business environment, ideally in technology, industrial, automation, logistics, or a similar environment.
  • Fluent in English; French and/or Arabic is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, marketing automation, and CRMs (knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus).
  • Strong experience in 360 integrated campaigns & demand generation tactics.
  • Digital Marketing Proficiency: Expert in online channels, paid marketing, social media, email marketing, inbound marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with content creation: landing pages, social media posts, video, case studies, presentations, and marketing assets.
  • Experience managing customer events, trade shows, fairs, exhibitions, and webinars.
  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics and conversion: pipeline generation and progression; lead nurturing & qualification.
  • Data-driven Performance: using analytics to optimize campaigns, measure performance, and drive ROI.
