Job Summary
Manage, develop and motivate an electrical engineering department that provides the electrical engineering resources to form multi-disciplined Electro, Mechanical, Design Quality and Software project development teams. Plans, mentors and ensures that the department can provide the needed skill sets and resources to support the development of the latest medical devices within resuscitation and acute critical care. The Electrical Engineering Manager partners with the Director of Electrical Engineering to coordinate task assignments of the electrical engineering staff with the various development and sustaining projects within the R&D Department.

The annual salary for this position is:
$131,900.00 to $165,000.00This position is eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the company's bonus plan. Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
