Role overview

Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of professional experience in accounting/finance including initial leadership experience
  • Successfully completed degree (BWL/Finance) or qualification as a Bilanzbuchhalter:in
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS and HGB, experience with international entities (CY/US, IFRS/US-GAAP)
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite or comparable ERPs and proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel

Responsibilities

  • Disciplinary and professional leadership, capacity planning, and development of the accounting team (up to 2 people)
  • Overall responsibility for the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB
  • Overall responsibility for accounting all entities and group accounting, including consolidation of 3 entities (DE, CY, US)
  • Maintaining relationships with external partners like tax consultants and authorities

Mit innovativen Produkten, einer starken Community und Präsenz im Online-Shop sowie bei führenden Retail-Partnern bringen wir Studio-Qualität direkt nach Hause, einfach, schnell und stilvoll.   Und genau hier kommst DU ins Spiel.   Als Teamlead Accounting (m/w/d) übernimmst du die strategische und operative Finanzführung unserer drei Gruppen-Entities (DE, CY, US). Du baust unser Accounting-Team weiter auf, schaffst skalierbare Strukturen in einem internationalen Omnichannel-Umfeld und stellst sicher, dass unsere Finanzen auf einem felsenfesten Fundament stehen.
Deine Rolle & dein Impact ⚡️

Als Teamlead Accounting (m/w/d) übernimmst du die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung unseres Accounting-Teams (perspektivisch 2 Personen) und trägst die Gesamtverantwortung für die Buchhaltungs- und Abschlussstrukturen aller 3 Gruppen-Entities (DE, CY, US). Du agierst als finale Instanz für die Richtigkeit aller Finanzdaten, steuerst das Intercompany-Mapping und bildest die Schnittstelle zur Finanzleitung.


Deine zentralen Aufgaben 👩‍💻👨‍💻

Teamleitung & Steuerung

  • Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung, Kapazitätsplanung und Weiterentwicklung des Accounting-Teams (perspektivisch 2 Personen).

    • Gesamtverantwortung Abschlüsse

    • Verantwortung für die fristgerechte Erstellung aller Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB (inkl. Berücksichtigung der Anforderungen für Zypern und USA) der gesamten Gruppe.

      • Konsolidierung & Intercompany

    • Gesamtverantwortung für das Account aller Entities, sowie des Group Accounting (inkl. Konsolidierung der 3 Entities (DE, CY, US) und die korrekte Abbildung komplexer Waren- und Leistungsflüsse.).

      • Externe Partner

    • Verantwortung und Pflege der Beziehung zu externen Partnern, wie Steuerberater:innen, Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen und Behörden in allen Märkten.

      • Stakeholder & Board-Prep

    • Verantwortung einer reibungslosen Zusammenarbeit mit dem FP&A-Team sowie Bereitstellung belastbarer Daten intern wie extern.

      • ERP & Systems

    • Weiterentwicklung und Skalierung unserer Systemlandschaft (Oracle NetSuite), Prozessautomatisierung und Einhaltung aller Tax-Compliance-Vorgaben.


    Das bringst du mit 🤝

  • Erfahrung: Mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Accounting/Rechnungswesen inkl. erster Führungserfahrung (fachlich oder disziplinarisch) im Handels-, Retail- oder E-Commerce-Umfeld.

  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL/Finance) oder Qualifikation als Bilanzbuchhalter:in.

  • Fach-Know-how: Fundierte Bilanzierungskenntnisse nach IFRS und HGB, Erfahrung mit internationalen Entities (CY/US, IFRS/US-GAAP-Grundkenntnisse) ist essenziell. Tiefes Verständnis für Intercompany-Abstimmungen und internationales Steuerrecht von Handelsunternehmen.

  • Tech Stack: Erfahrung mit Oracle NetSuite (oder vergleichbaren Mid/Enterprise-ERPs) sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in Google Sheets / Excel.

  • AI-Automations: Idealerweise Erfahrung in AI-Automations / Agentic Workflows im Finance

  • Leadership: Empathischer, klarer Führungsstil mit der Fähigkeit, Strukturen zu schaffen und das Team pragmatisch weiterzuentwickeln.

  • Kommunikation: Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
