Summary:

We’re seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team supporting a Salesforce initiative. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and articulating solutions based on our customers' strategic business and technical requirements. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including program managers, technical peers, and business partners, to ensure the delivery of maximum value to our clients. In this dynamic role, you will lead the implementation effort, taking responsibility for delivering architecture designs and solution strategies. Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills are essential, as well as a continual willingness to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving capabilities must be excellent, and you should possess a resilient, flexible, and enthusiastic personality.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting Salary Range for Salesforce Consultant: $175,000-201,000

Basic Qualifications:

· Translate Customer requirements and USSF baseline features into refined Agile user stories and acceptance criteria

· Perform hands-on declarative Salesforce configuration (Flows, page layouts, validation rules, lightning record pages, and Experience Cloud site setup).

· Facilitate sprint demos, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and prepare end-user guidance/knowledge transfer artifacts.

· Experience in providing program oversight and solutions architecture for Salesforce applications.

· Excellent analytical, technology, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences, as well as senior management.

· Strong relationship management skills.

· Experience in Salesforce with end-to-end implementation in the following areas:

· Solution Architect experience on implementation projects using Agile and Iterative approaches.

· Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts and their influence on design.

· Experience deploying solutions that include Experience Cloud.

· Evaluation of Salesforce with 3rd party solutions.

· Salesforce Certifications (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant) preferred.

· Background in architecture concepts (integration styles, architecture styles, patterns).

· Strong knowledge of software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.

· Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) techniques and tools.

· Must be a US Citizen.

· Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.

· TS/SCI Poly Strongly Preferred.

Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce functional configuration and business analysis experience..

· Strong expertise in Salesforce Flow Builder and Experience Cloud (Community) administration.

· Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform App Builder.

· Will have a minimum of five (5) years of general work experience.

· Experience in the IT field focusing on Salesforce and/or other no-code/low-code platform projects, DevSecOps, and technical architecture.

· Will possess strong architecture and design experience, including at least three (3) years of experience architecting Salesforce production enterprise applications.

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

· US. Citizenship is required.

· Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.

· TS/SCI Poly Strongly Preferred.

Certificates & Licenses:

· Certified Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect preferred

· Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform App Builder.
