Job description

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Why This Is a Great Opportunity

  • Step into an active caseload from day one rather than waiting to build your own book.
  • Enjoy meaningful autonomy to manage your files while having two highly experienced family law attorneys available for mentorship and guidance.
  • Handle a diverse mix of New Jersey family law matters ranging from straightforward cases to sophisticated, complex disputes.
  • Benefit from a highly achievable billable target of just 6 billable hours for each day the firm is open, with holidays and the firm's paid year-end closure excluded from the target.
  • Earn generous additional compensation through productivity bonuses, origination bonuses, CEO discretionary bonuses, and additional compensation for bringing a book of business.
  • Gain hybrid flexibility after onboarding and mastering the firm's systems, supported by firm-provided technology and cloud-based tools.
  • Start with 3 weeks of paid vacation, 5 sick days, up to a $500 monthly ICHRA health insurance stipend, and firm-paid term life, whole life, short-term disability, and long-term disability coverage.
  • Join a team that takes culture seriously and values accountability, collaboration, professionalism, and a drama-free working environment.

Location

Woodbury, NJ. This is a hybrid opportunity with significant work-from-home flexibility once you are fully onboarded and comfortable with the firm's systems. Remote flexibility is available as long as productivity, billable expectations, client service, and accessibility to the team remain strong.

Note

Candidates must have an active New Jersey Bar license in good standing and 1+ year of New Jersey family law experience. Attorneys coming from broader practices should have spent approximately 40% to 50% or more of their practice handling family law matters. Pennsylvania Bar admission and Spanish fluency are highly preferred but not required.
