We have a fantastic opportunity for a Aviation Co-Ordinator and can be based anywhere in the UK.

Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking to build your career in the aviation sector? We are seeking an Aviation Administration Coordinator to provide vital operational and administrative support within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment. This role plays an important part in ensuring aviation-related documentation, records, and processes are managed accurately, efficiently, and in line with company and regulatory requirements.

Working closely with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for processing and maintaining critical documentation, monitoring workflows, resolving discrepancies, and supporting day-to-day operational activities. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines. You will use a range of systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word, to ensure information is recorded and maintained to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in aviation administration, operations support, document control, or a similar administrative role. You will be a confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues while also taking ownership of tasks and working independently when required. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality work will be key to your success.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured and compliance-focused environment and enjoys contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Experience with aviation documentation, invoice processing, reserve claims, document management systems, or aviation regulatory requirements would be advantageous, although not essential. In return, you will join a supportive team where accuracy, accountability, and customer service excellence are highly valued, with opportunities to further develop your knowledge and career within the aviation industry.

The skills you will have when you apply:

· Attention to Detail - Demonstrated ability to maintain exceptional accuracy when processing, reviewing, and managing documentation and records.

· Organisation & Time Management - Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively and manage competing demands.

· Microsoft Office Proficiency - Competent user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.

· Deadline Management - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

· Interpersonal Effectiveness - Confident and professional in collaborating with colleagues, customers, and business partners.

· Independent Working - Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of tasks, and deliver results with minimal supervision.

· Team Collaboration - Effective team player who contributes positively to shared goals and supports colleagues to achieve operational objectives.

· Problem Solving - Proactive approach to identifying issues, resolving discrepancies, and recommending practical solutions.

· Compliance Awareness - Commitment to maintaining quality standards, regulatory compliance, and accurate record keeping.

· Adaptability - Flexible and responsive to changing business requirements, priorities, and processes.
