  • Develop automation and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions to improve platform scalability, consistency, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor platform health, performance, and adoption through observability tools and implement improvements based on operational insights.
  • Participate in on-call support rotation, incident response, root cause analysis, platform upgrades, capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, standards, and support playbooks while evaluating emerging technologies that can improve both developer and customer experiences.
  • 101 knowledge of engineering platforms including GitLab, GitLab Runners, Sonatype Nexus, Cursor, and other developer productivity tools.

What Do You Need To Bring?

  • Experience utilizing observability platforms such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills across distributed systems.
  • Experience developing scripts and automation using Python, PowerShell, Bash, curl, nslookup, dig, or similar languages.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to balance operational support responsibilities with engineering and automation initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to Have

  • Advanced Fastly administration experience, including VCL development, edge logic, traffic steering, caching optimization, and troubleshooting complex content delivery scenarios.
