Position Summary 

Kaseya is seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly customer-focused Senior Product Manager responsible for defining and supporting the building of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable products that meet customer needs within our Professional Services Automation (PSA) module - the operational backbone for Managed Service Providers.  

As a senior individual contributor, the Senior Product Manager will partner closely with cross-functional teams, executive leadership and fellow PSA Product Managers to execute on the Product Vision, Roadmap, and Features required to address the evolving needs of MSPs and IT professionals in our IT Service Delivery pillar. This role requires strong technical acumen, exceptional business judgment, and a proven track record of delivering successful SaaS products at scale. 

 Key Responsibilities 

• Contribute to the strategic planning process and ensure continuing alignment of the product strategy with the overall company strategy. 

• Define, prioritize and execute on product roadmaps aligned with Kaseya's corporate objectives. 

• Translate customer and business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and prioritization frameworks. 

• Partner with Engineering and Architecture teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. 

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support go-to-market planning, product positioning, and customer adoption. 

• Track and monitor metrics and KPIs to evaluate product success and drive continuous improvement. 

• Identify market opportunities through customer engagement, competitive analysis, industry trends, and data-driven insights. 

• Serve as a product thought leader internally and externally through customer engagements, conferences, and strategic partner discussions. 

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. 

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years in the MSP industry or in B2B SaaS tools used by MSPs. 

• Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and software development lifecycles. 

• Demonstrated success launching and scaling complex SaaS, cloud, enterprise software, or technology products. 

• Experience in IT management, cybersecurity, MSP, automation, or enterprise technology solutions. 

• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Experience using data and customer insights to drive product decisions and business outcomes. 

• Product Management certifications (CSPO, Pragmatic Institute, Product School, or equivalent) a bonus.
