This role offers the opportunity to shape strategic investment outcomes, influence organisational priorities and leave a lasting impact on how products are developed and delivered across Insights.

Job Description

The Opportunity

As Principal Product Manager, you'll own the vision, product strategy and roadmap for our product portfolio across physical, digital and blended learning experiences.

You'll work closely with senior employees across Product, Technology, Learning, Commercial, Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience to ensure we're focused on the opportunities that deliver the greatest value for our customers, learners and business.

This role is about far more than roadmap delivery.

You'll influence strategic investment choices, elevate product management capability across the organisation, help shape our approach to AI and emerging technologies, and build the frameworks, governance and operating rhythms that enable high-performing product teams to thrive.

You'll also play a key role in developing product management capability across Insights, helping to establish the standards, frameworks and ways of working that enable teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Defining and delivering the product vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap for our learner product portfolio.
  • Steering product investment and prioritisation choices across a diverse product landscape.
  • Identifying opportunities to innovate, scale, simplify or retire products.
  • Driving measurable improvements in customer, learner and commercial outcomes.
  • Partnering with Product, Technology, Learning and Design teams to bring innovative ideas to market.
  • Using insight, data and evidence to inform product choices and portfolio direction.
  • Coaching and developing Product Managers while contributing to product leadership across the organisation.
  • Influencing senior stakeholders and helping shape wider business product strategy.
  • Exploring how emerging technologies, including AI, can enhance product experiences and business value.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Your background may come from SaaS, technology, professional services, learning, HR technology, consultancy or another environment where you've delivered meaningful customer and commercial outcomes. What's most important is your ability to think strategically, make evidence-based conclusions and bring people together around a shared product vision.

What matters most is your ability to demonstrate:

  • A track record of creating and executing product strategies linked to measurable business outcomes.

  • Strong technology fluency and an understanding of modern product development approaches.
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic delivery.
