• We’re looking for an AU RTO Student Experience Officer to support one of our Australian clients across student administration and post-sale student support.
  
• You’ll manage a varied workload covering student extensions, expired-student administration, complaints, cancellations, refunds, retention activities, and incoming calls. You’ll also provide ongoing administrative support to the Australian team.
  
• There are plenty of moving pieces, so this role suits someone who can bring order to a busy workload without losing the human touch.

• Process student extensions and expired-student administration.
  
• Manage student complaints, cancellations, and refund requests.
  
• Support student retention activities and follow-ups.
  
• Handle incoming phone calls and overflow enquiries.
  
• Resolve student enquiries or route calls to the appropriate department.
  
• Provide ongoing administrative support to the Australian team.
  
• Maintain accurate student and administrative records.
  
• Manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.
  
• Communicate clearly with students and internal stakeholders.
  
• Use required systems independently to complete assigned tasks.
  

Requirements

• Experience using aXcelerate.
  
• Experience handling student enquiries by phone.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Experience managing complaints or issues.
  
• Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, task-driven environment.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work independently once processes are understood.
  
• Ability to handle sensitive or challenging conversations professionally.
  
• Strong attention to accuracy and detail.
  

• Experience in an Australian education or Registered Training Organisation (RTO) environment.
  
• Previous experience in student administration or student support.
  
• Experience with student lifecycle management.
  
• Experience processing cancellations and refunds.
  
• Experience supporting retention activities.
  
• Experience with HubSpot.
  
• Experience with Front CRM.
  
• Experience with WooCommerce.
  
• Experience with Google Workspace.
  
• Previous call handling, reception, or front-desk support experience.
