POSITION SUMMARY

The Contracts Manager is responsible for planning and administering sound, effective and fully compliant contract management advice and guidance.  Acts as the Company’s focal point for day-to-day contact to include subcontracts and contract financing.  Responsible for knowing all contractual requirements, monitoring contract funds status, coordinating the preparation of contract reports, Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) items, billing documents, and advising the Program Managers on contractual rights, risks, obligations and opportunities for enhanced performance.  Works cooperatively and jointly to provide quality, seamless customer service to both internal and external customers.  Serves as the direct liaison to the Government Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO), Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO), and Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) for all government contract and related funding matters.  In this role you will have supervisory responsibility for all KA company Program Contracting Administrator personnel assigned to specific KA contracts
