Content Layout Associate: Publishing (Temporary, Anticipated Oct 2026–Jun 2027, Remote)

The Content Layout Associate is primarily responsible for implementing TCI lessons within our internal tools for use by teachers and students.  Other responsibilities will include using InDesign templates to create and update page layouts for our print products, uploading and updating content for our online platform, and modifying images and illustrations for both print and digital formats. 

Key responsibilities:

• Implementing lesson slideshows for teachers and students in TCI’s internal tools (training provided)
• Creating art as needed for the lessons based on the provided art specifications
• Modifying images and illustrations using Photoshop and Illustrator
• Creating pages using InDesign templates and/or applying edits to existing InDesign content, as needed
• Formatting materials to ensure the product is consistent, helpful, and visually appealing to teachers and students 
• Checking for consistency by reviewing slideshows and pages across multiple resources
• Fixing formatting and content issues as they’re identified

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
• Available to work 35-40 hours per week during standard business hours
• Must be proficient in using InDesign 
• Must understand how to use master pages in InDesign
• Must be comfortable learning custom online tools.
• Proficiency with Illustrator/Photoshop 
• Ability to meet deadlines while working independently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Zoom, and project management tools
• Must have an updated personal laptop/computer (no more than 5 years old) able to run recent versions of TCI provided systems and applications (Windows or macOS only)

This position is remote. The pay range for this position is between $24.00 to $30.00/hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related experience, skills, and location.
