ROLE OVERVIEW: 

We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our Technology team and strengthen AI-forward solution delivery. You'll have a lot of autonomy. You'll partner with stakeholders to turn requirements into working solutions, implement integrations and AI-enabled workflows, and use state-of-the-art AI agentic tools and coding workflows as a regular part of how you ship. You'll help teams put frontier models and agents to work in live delivery, including on programs with the world's leading technology and semiconductor companies. 

Responsibilities: 

Translate requirements into working solutions in partnership with stakeholders 

Implement integrations and AI-enabled workflows for assigned work 

Use state-of-the-art AI agentic tools and coding workflows as a regular part of how you deliver 

Help stakeholders adopt practical AI capabilities with frontier models, agents, and AI-enabled workflows in solutions they will actually run 

Validate deliverables with users and incorporate feedback 

Produce clear operational handoffs so solutions stay usable over time 

Collaborate with Technology leadership and cross-functional teammates 

Bring strong judgment on scope, quality, and communication in a fast-moving agency environment 

What Success Looks Like: 

Stakeholders trust you to ship AI-enabled solutions they actually use 

Integrations and workflows you own are documented and easy for others to operate 

State-of-the-art AI agentic tools and frontier models help you deliver with speed, quality, and clean handoffs 

You operate with real autonomy and own outcomes end to end 

User feedback shapes the next iteration 

You are known as a reliable delivery partner: clear on commitments, honest about constraints 

Qualifications:  

3+ years of experience in solutions delivery, integrations, and/or technical stakeholder partnership 

Ability to move from ambiguous requirements to working, validated outcomes 

Hands-on comfort with state-of-the-art AI agentic tools and frontier models in real delivery work 

Track record of professional and personal builds using AI or agentic coding workflows, with shipped work you can point to 

Evidence you can work with a high degree of autonomy 

Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders; strong handoff discipline 

Able to work fluidly in a digital, cross-functional Technology environment
