About the Role

The Admissions Manager will lead InUni’s admissions operations in Poland, managing the student application journey from application through to enrolment.

The role will be responsible for team performance, application conversion, operational efficiency, student experience and university partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Poland Admissions team, setting targets and driving performance.

• Own the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring applications are processed accurately and efficiently.

• Monitor and improve key conversion metrics including application-to-offer and offer-to-enrolment.

• Manage application pipelines, identify bottlenecks and ensure timely follow-up.

• Work closely with Recruitment, Compliance, Marketing and University Partnerships teams to maximise student conversion.

• Build strong relationships with university admissions teams and act as the key escalation point for complex cases.

• Ensure admissions processes meet university requirements and relevant regulatory standards.

• Use CRM and performance data to identify trends, improve processes and drive decision-making.

• Produce regular admissions performance reports and forecasts for senior management.

• Coach and develop the admissions team, creating a high-performance and student-focused culture.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and the overall student journey.

Experience & Skills

• 3+ years' experience in international student admissions, student recruitment, higher education or a related field.

• Proven experience managing and developing a team.

• Strong understanding of the international student application and admissions journey.

• Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with experience managing KPIs and conversion.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

• Experience using CRM/admissions systems and analysing pipeline data.

• Fluent English and Polish

• Experience with the Polish higher education market is an advantage.
