Labcorp is seeking a remote Senior Trainer – Continuous Education to join our team in Belgium.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, standard hours

Job Responsibilities: 

¨     Analyze training effectiveness data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

¨     Develop and maintain learning dashboards, KPIs, and success measures aligned to organizational goals.

¨     Evaluate business processes, employee capability gaps, and operational trends to recommend learning interventions.

¨     Apply continuous improvement methodologies to optimize training programs, workflows, and knowledge management practices.

¨     Lead corrective and preventive actions related to training effectiveness and competency development.

¨     Drive standardization and best practices across Global Project Management training initiatives.

¨     Measure and report effectiveness of learning programs through learner feedback, knowledge assessments, behavioral adoption, operational metrics, and stakeholder satisfaction.

¨     Recommend improvements based on training performance data and organizational needs.

¨     Serves as training functional advisor on process excellence and/or functional projects impacting Global Project Management

¨     Onboarding: design training plan and material: organization, creation, delivery, maintenance (backup coverage as needed)

¨     Change Management for strategic projects: design training plan and material: organization, creation, delivery, maintenance (backup coverage as needed)

¨     Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 or more years of successful Labcorp CLS functional team experience
• 3 or more years of experience supporting business process improvement, change management, or organizational development initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4 or more years of training, facilitation, instructional design, or learning development experience

Additional Job Standards:

• Fluency in English

• Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement certification
• Previous service in pharmaceutical industry
• Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement certification
• PMP, CAPM, or project management training
• Change Management certification
• Experience managing learning management systems (LMS)
• Training and coaching education (Remote and Adult Learning)
• Travel requirements: potentially up to 5% of the time
