Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Managing Applications Consultant – Oracle Cloud Finance to provide functional expertise, troubleshoot complex business issues, and develop effective solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Accounts Receivable, Accounting, Receivables, Advanced Collections, and Enterprise Contracts, along with experience working in the Staffing domain and integrating business processes with Oracle Cloud Finance.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise and SME-level support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance.
• Design, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize solutions across:
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Accounting
  • Receivables
  • Advanced Collections
  • Enterprise Contracts
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Cloud Finance solutions.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Understand and troubleshoot PaaS-based solutions and integrations supporting Oracle Cloud Finance.
• Work closely with technical teams to resolve integration and application issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Support implementation, enhancement, optimization, and production-support activities.
• Work directly with clients and business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide recommendations.
• Participate in solution design, functional analysis, testing, issue resolution, and deployment activities.
• Ensure solutions align with business processes and Oracle Cloud Finance best practices.
• Provide clear communication and status updates to clients and project stakeholders.
• Contribute as a functional SME in complex Oracle Cloud Finance initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12–14 years of overall experience as an Oracle Functional SME/Consultant.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance.
• Extensive expertise in:
  • Oracle Fusion Accounts Receivable
  • Accounting
  • Receivables
  • Advanced Collections
  • Enterprise Contracts
• Strong understanding of business processes and functional configurations within Oracle Cloud Finance.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and understanding PaaS solutions.
• Experience translating business requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Strong Staffing domain experience and understanding of its integration with Oracle Cloud Finance.
• Experience working on complex Oracle Cloud implementations, enhancements, and production support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working as a Functional SME / Lead Consultant on Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance.
• Strong understanding of integrations between Oracle Cloud Finance and external/business applications.
• Experience with Oracle PaaS and related integration solutions.
• Experience in the Staffing / Professional Services domain.
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.
• Strong experience collaborating with functional, technical, integration, and business teams.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have:

• 12–14 years of Oracle functional experience
• Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance background
• Deep expertise in AR, Accounting, Receivables, Advanced Collections, and Enterprise Contracts
• Strong Staffing domain knowledge
• PaaS troubleshooting experience
• Excellent client-facing communication skills
• Strong functional troubleshooting and solution-design capabilities
