What is it like to be a Senior Sales Coordinator at Federated Insurance


Reporting to the SVP, Sales, the Senior Sales Coordinator provides administrative, event coordination, communication, and operational support to the Sales team. This role is responsible for coordinating key sales initiatives, supporting sales meetings and events, preparing communications and presentations, maintaining reporting and data analysis, and assisting with programs that enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They possess strong business communication skills, experience supporting high-impact events, and a passion for delivering high-quality work that contributes to the success of the Sales organization.

If you have:

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales events, support, administrative assistant, executive assistant, or coordination role.
  • Experience supporting sales teams, corporate events, or business operations is preferred.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience preparing executive-level presentations, reports, and communications.

We’re committed to pay transparency and fairness. The base salary range for this role is $64,000 - $96,000, which reflects the expected base pay – not the total compensation package. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position. We’re also open to candidates at different levels, so if this range doesn’t quite match your expectations, don’t let that hold you back — we’d still love to hear from you.
