Junior Replenishment & Sales Analyst NY

JOB SUMMARY

The Jr Replenishment & Sales Analyst supports the business through inventory, sales, and replenishment analysis. This role monitors business performance, identifies risks and opportunities, partners with cross-functional teams, and provides data-driven recommendations to help ensure product availability and customer success. This is a remote position based in the Bentonville, AR region to accommodate occasional on-site meetings with the local Sales team.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree and/or NWACC CRA Program Certificate preferred
• Familiarity with Walmart Retail Link, Scintilla, or other retail reporting platforms preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Collaborative team player who is eager to learn, contribute, and develop within the organization
• Ability to think independently and work effectively on a team
• Exceptional follow up and follow through
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide day-to-day account management and analytical support for the Walmart business
• Prepare and distribute regular business performance reports, scorecards, and actionable summaries
• Analyze sales trends, forecasts, inventory levels, orders, and instock performance to identify risks and opportunities
• Utilize Walmart Scintilla, Retail Link, and replenishment reporting tools to monitor business performance and support data-driven recommendations
• Review customer forecasts and order activity to help ensure inventory and supply are aligned with anticipated demand
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, production, logistics, customer service, and other internal teams to support customer needs
• Communicate proactively with Walmart replenishment and merchandising teams regarding inventory risks, ordering concerns, item performance, and recovery plans
• Track open action items and follow through with internal and external partners to support timely resolution
• Occasional travel may be required
