RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS


  • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias avançadas de Cibersegurança voltadas à proteção de operações financeiras e digitais.
  • Atuar na prevenção, detecção e investigação de fraudes bancárias e financeiras, especialmente em cenários envolvendo Pix, TED, boletos e pagamentos digitais.
  • Realizar Cyber Threat Intelligence, identificando ameaças, padrões de ataque, indicadores de comprometimento e comportamentos suspeitos.
  • Realizar Threat Modeling e avaliações de riscos para identificação e mitigação de ameaças críticas.
  • Atuar no monitoramento, investigação e resposta a eventos de segurança utilizando Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR).
  • Desenvolver, implementar e evoluir regras de detecção, correlação de eventos, alertas e mecanismos de resposta automatizada.
  • Conduzir análises avançadas de ameaças utilizando frameworks como MITRE ATT&CK.
  • Coordenar ou participar da resposta a incidentes de segurança complexos, desde a investigação até a definição e implementação das ações de contenção e mitigação.
  • Avaliar vulnerabilidades, riscos e controles de segurança, propondo melhorias técnicas e arquiteturais.
  • Participar de testes de segurança, testes de penetração e auditorias técnicas especializadas.
  • Desenhar e implementar controles avançados de segurança, considerando disponibilidade, integridade, confidencialidade e resiliência dos sistemas.
  • Atuar na definição e evolução de políticas, padrões, procedimentos e controles de segurança, alinhados às melhores práticas de mercado e requisitos regulatórios.
  • Monitorar e atuar sobre ferramentas e tecnologias de segurança, incluindo SIEM, SOAR, IDS/IPS e EDR.
  • Trabalhar de forma próxima ao cliente, entendendo problemas de negócio e segurança, propondo soluções e conduzindo discussões técnicas.
  • Produzir documentação técnica, relatórios, análises de riscos e recomendações de segurança.
  • Atuar como referência técnica em Cibersegurança, apoiando equipes internas e compartilhando conhecimento.
  • Contribuir para treinamentos, disseminação de boas práticas e evolução da maturidade de segurança do ambiente.
  • Atuar de forma proativa em situações críticas, com capacidade de análise, priorização e tomada de decisão técnica.


    • REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS


    • Experiência sólida em Cibersegurança, em posição equivalente a Senior/Staff Engineer, Tech Lead, Principal Engineer, Cybersecurity Consultant ou Cybersecurity Specialist.
    • Experiência prática em ambientes Fintech, bancos, meios de pagamento ou operações financeiras de alta criticidade.
    • Experiência com prevenção e detecção de fraudes bancárias e digitais.
    • Conhecimento de cenários de fraude relacionados a Pix, TED, boletos e pagamentos digitais.
    • Experiência com Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) e análise de ameaças.
    • Experiência com Threat Modeling e análise de riscos.
    • Conhecimento de MITRE ATT&CK.
    • Experiência com SIEM/SOAR, preferencialmente Microsoft Sentinel.
    • Conhecimento de processos de monitoramento, investigação e resposta a incidentes de segurança.
    • Conhecimento de controles de segurança, vulnerabilidades, testes de segurança e auditorias técnicas.
    • Capacidade de analisar problemas complexos, identificar riscos e propor soluções técnicas.
    • Boa comunicação e facilidade para atuar diretamente com clientes e stakeholders.
    • Perfil autônomo, proativo, colaborativo e orientado à resolução de problemas.
