Sales Operations Specialist

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support our Sales team with day to day operational and administrative activities.

The position is based in Athens and offers a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the Sales team with day-to-day operational and administrative activities, including:

• Supporting daily sales operations and administrative tasks.
• Maintaining and updating sales-related records and documentation.
• Preparing and updating Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Assisting with data entry, organisation and accuracy checks.
• Coordinating with internal teams to support smooth operational processes.
• Monitoring pending tasks and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Supporting the organisation and maintenance of sales-related information.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
• 0 - 2 years of relevant professional experience; recent graduates may also be considered.
• Good to very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filtering, sorting and Pivot Tables.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Very good command of English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different teams.
• Proactive, reliable and willing to learn.
• Previous experience with CRM/ERP systems is an advantage.
