Day-to-day, you will:

For this role we require a minimum of 2 years experience of leading, coaching and developing a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), helping them achieve pipeline and opportunity generation targets while building the skills they need to succeed.
Use performance data, call reviews and regular coaching sessions to improve prospecting, discovery conversations and overall team effectiveness.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations teams to refine targeting, improve lead follow-up processes, and increase conversion rates across the sales funnel.
Monitor team performance, forecasting and reporting, using insights to identify opportunities for improvement and support business growth.


Your skills and experiences might also include:


Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) platforms such as Salesforce, and sales engagement tools such as Clari, Groove, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or HubSpot.
Experience working with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDDPICC to support effective qualification and opportunity development.
Knowledge of pipeline analysis, forecasting and reporting to help drive informed decision-making and performance improvements.
Experience within the restaurant, hospitality or technology sectors, with an understanding of the challenges faced by customers in these industries.


Compensation: $85k-$95k base salary + variable
