The mission of the Senior Product Manager - Earn is to own and grow one of Ledger Live's core value pillars: helping millions of users put their crypto to work safely, directly from self-custody. You will define and drive the roadmap for Earn - spanning staking, stable yield savings, and partner-powered yield products - turning Ledger's security promise into a real, recurring source of value for our users and for the business.

What you’ll be doing:

• Product Strategy & Vision: Defining the vision and driving the roadmap for the Earn scope, and translating it into a clear, prioritized quarterly plan that balances new yield opportunities, platform scalability, and user trust.

• End-to-End Ownership: Driving initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration — writing PRDs, defining success metrics, and partnering closely with engineering, design, and embedded software to ship features that work flawlessly on both the app and the device.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Using Mixpanel and other analytics tools to understand user behavior across the Earn funnel, identify drop-off points, and prioritize the roadmap based on evidence rather than opinion.

• Partner & Ecosystem Management: Partnering with yield and staking partners, negotiating rev-share terms, and evaluating new integrations to expand what “earning with Ledger” means for our users.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Acting as the central point of alignment between Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance — especially given the regulatory sensitivity of yield-generating products in crypto.

• Team & Stakeholder Communication: Producing sharp, decision-ready documentation (roadmaps, product vision docs, dashboards) that can be handed directly to leadership and collaborators without further editing.

What we’re looking for:
