Job Description

Job Summary

NotaryCam, part of the Stewart family of companies, is seeking a Senior Sales Executive responsible for driving enterprise and mid-market revenue growth for a Remote Online Notarization (RON) services company within the real estate title industry. This role strategically sells RON-enabled and mobile closing solutions to title companies, title agencies, escrow organizations, settlement service providers, and affiliated real estate stakeholders with ownership of the full sales cycle including documenting the transition from agreement to implementation.


Job Responsibilities


  • Builds and manages a qualified pipeline while promoting Stewart’s notary services and solutions through various inside sales and marketing activities designed to ensure customer success while maximizing revenue and market share
  • Prospects through Stewart Agency Services and various established methods while developing account strategies to sell, cross-sell and upsell opportunities across RON transactions through demonstrable skills in meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Performs specialized assignments; solves complex problems and develops non-traditional solutions through sophisticated analytical thinking
  • Interprets internal/external business environment to coordinate technical discovery and solution validation
  • Recommends and clearly communicates best practices to improve processes or services while partnering with various teams, including technical stakeholders, to move opportunities forward
  • Impacts achievements of customer, operational, project or service objectives through a strong understanding of title industry operations
  • Communicates difficult concepts to team to generate clarity and alignment on projects, initiatives, and various work products through excellent discovery, presentation, negotiation, written communication, and executive relationship-management skills
  • Travel for strategic accounts, industry events, client meetings, and team sessions.
  • May lead functional projects with moderate risks and resource requirements
  • Individual contributor working independently; may require guidance in highly complex situations
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management


Education


  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
