Emplify Health is seeking an Application Analyst or Senior Application Analyst to join our growing AI Automation team. In this role, you will help evaluate, implement, optimize, and support innovative artificial intelligence and automation solutions that improve workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and support exceptional patient care.

This position reports to our VP, Enterprise Analytics & Data Science

Major Responsibilities Include:

• Support the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of AI-enabled applications and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with operational, clinical, and IT stakeholders to identify workflow improvement opportunities.
• Analyze business processes and recommend innovative technology solutions.
• Assist with the evaluation, testing, configuration, and deployment of new AI tools and technologies.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing application support.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
• Stay current on emerging trends in artificial intelligence, healthcare technology, and automation.

What's Available:

• 1.0 FTE
• Schedule: Monday-Friday Days typically 8:00am-5:00pm
• Location: Remote eligible role. This position can be filled for residents of WI, MN, IA. This role will require occasional travel between the La Crosse, WI and Green Bay, WI regions.
• Please note: Immigration sponsorship (e.g., H-1B) is not available for this position.  

What You'll Need:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and education
• Experience: 4+ years of professional experience
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry, preferred
• Prior experience working with Epic applications and healthcare systems preferred.
• Experience with Epic AI capabilities, generative AI solutions, or other AI-powered technologies is highly desired.
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, AI workflow platforms, or other automation technologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex workflows.
• Ability to think critically, challenge traditional approaches, and develop creative solutions to business and operational problems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
