Now Hiring: Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant-DMS/CAD

We’re looking for a talented Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant with Document Management (DMS) and CAD experience to join our growing team. If you’re energized by solving complex challenges, collaborating with smart and supportive teammates, and making a real impact, you’ll fit right in.

 What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and deployment
  
• Serve as a hands-on technical owner, balancing delivery leadership and platform build work
  
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using best practices (workflows, business rules, integrations, data model)
  
• Partner directly with stakeholders and project teams to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions
  
• Support implementations across any ServiceNow module (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, Custom Apps, etc.)
  
• Provide technical guidance on platform design, data structures, and integration patterns
  
• Contribute to project planning, timelines, and risk management
  
• Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow standards, performance, and long-term maintainability
  
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to delivery best practices as needed
  

 What You Bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience
  
• Proven experience delivering full lifecycle implementations
  
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and integrations
  
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required
  
• One or more ServiceNow CIS-level certifications preferred (any module acceptable)
  
• Comfortable owning technical delivery while collaborating with project and business stakeholders
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate in client-facing or cross-functional environments
  
• Consistent, reliable availability and professional accountability
