Senior PEGA Developer - 100% Remote (Spain)

At The Whiteam Consulting, we are looking for a Senior Pega Developer to join our projects focused on the development and evolution of enterprise solutions based on Pega. The selected candidate will be involved in the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions, working closely with technical teams, architects, and business stakeholders.

We are looking for professionals with 4-6 years of experience working with Pega, a Pega CSA or CSSA certification, and strong knowledge of the platform, with the ability to take on technical responsibilities and lead small development teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of complex applications using Pega.

• Translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions.

• Collaborate with LSAs and BAs to ensure alignment between Pega Blueprint models and implementations.

• Define low-level architectures and design patterns for Pega solutions.

• Provide technical leadership and coordinate teams of 2-3 developers.

• Ensure compliance with Pega development best practices and standards.

• Participate in the different phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.

• Create and maintain technical documentation.

• Analyze and resolve issues, bugs, and performance problems.

• Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure the successful evolution of solutions.

• Participate in DevOps and CI/CD processes.

Requirements

Must-have

• 4-6 years of experience working with Pega.

• Pega CSA or CSSA certification.

• Experience with recent Pega versions, minimum Pega 8.x.

• Knowledge of Pega Blueprint for process modeling and requirements gathering.

• Experience with Case Management, workflows, and integrations.

• Knowledge of object-oriented programming and design principles.

• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.

• Experience with Pega DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of Pega DX API and UI/UX best practices.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders.

• Advanced English level (C1).

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Experience leading technical teams.

• Experience in enterprise application transformation and evolution projects.

• Knowledge of solution architecture and design patterns.
