🚀 Nueva oportunidad | AI Technical Leader

Desde Tecdata Engineering buscamos incorporar un/a AI Technical Leader para liderar técnicamente el desarrollo y la entrega end-to-end de soluciones de AI/ML, desde el modelado de datos y la experimentación hasta el despliegue en cloud, MLOps y consumo de soluciones por parte del negocio.

Buscamos un perfil con sólida experiencia técnica, capaz de combinar el desarrollo hands-on de soluciones de Predictive AI y Generative AI con el liderazgo técnico y la coordinación de equipos en entornos ágiles.

🔎 Requisitos técnicos

  • 🐍 Python y SQL / PL-SQL

  • ☁️ Cloud AI/ML: Azure (Azure ML, Microsoft Fabric, Azure DevOps) y/o AWS (SageMaker, Lambda)

  • ⚙️ MLOps: MLflow, CI/CD, Docker, monitorización y versionado de modelos

  • 🤖 Generative AI: RAG, LLM Fine-tuning, Prompt Engineering, Multi-Agent Systems y NLP

  • 📊 Data & BI: Data Modeling, soluciones semánticas / Knowledge Graphs y Power BI

  • 👥 Experiencia como Technical Lead y capacidad para marcar la dirección técnica del proyecto

  • 🔄 Experiencia trabajando en entornos Agile / Scrum

📍 Modalidad: 100% remoto
💰 Salario: hasta 50.000 € SBA
