Job Description

IntegriChain supports and advises pharmaceutical manufacturers as they navigate the complexities of government healthcare programs, with a particular focus on the 340B Drug Pricing Program.

Our team is an established leader in technology solutions for net revenue management and 340B channel management, and we support a client base that includes the largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in the US as well as early-stage biotech companies. Beyond our syndicated solutions, we also integrate and synthesize data to deliver unparalleled analytics and insights into various aspects of the 340B Drug Pricing Program and the pharmaceutical supply chain.

The Director, Advisory - 340B Drug Pricing Program role will lead strategic, operational, and analytical consulting engagements that help pharmaceutical manufacturers optimize their approach to the 340B Drug Pricing Program and related government pricing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in the pharmaceutical supply chain and the 340B Drug Pricing Program.
• Monitor and communicate regulatory developments, industry trends, and marketplace changes impacting the 340B Drug Pricing Program.

• Develop 340B growth and duplicate discount related analyses and financial models using transactional data or healthcare claims data (Medicaid, Managed Care, MFP, and 340B claims).
• Demonstrate use of relevant software tools, analytical methods and computer models to develop 340B solutions and create informative analyses.
• Lead all aspects of small to medium sized engagements and discrete segments of larger projects.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate 340B related strategies, insights, findings, and recommendations.
• Perform data quality checks, identify anomalies, and ensure accuracy of work product through own work and that of others.
• Participate in a team environment and prioritize assignments and responsibilities to meet goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and an undergraduate level understanding of business, finance, accounting, statistics, healthcare policy or data analysis.
• Understanding of 340B Drug Pricing Program as well as different healthcare payer types (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers) and how they reimburse for drugs.
• 10+ years of work experience
• Strong technical skills, including the ability to independently execute complex data analytics in at least one programming language (e.g., SQL, SAS, SPSS, Stata, R, etc.). An interest in growing these skills and training others is required.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to producing high-quality analysis and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the different players in the 340B Drug Pricing Program as well as the pharmaceutical supply chain and willingness to expand that knowledge base.
