  • Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, workflows, access models, procedures, issue resolutions, testing, and change records.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, support onboarding and training, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to Technology initiatives.
  • Follow incident, problem, change, release, security, and vendor management processes, including after-hours support when required.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3 to 5 years of progressive experience administering, supporting, or configuring enterprise applications in a corporate environment is required.
  • Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience troubleshooting application issues, supporting configurations, access, permissions, workflows, security processes, releases, upgrades, testing, and implementations.
  • Strong understanding of incident, service request, problem, change, and release management practices, with familiarity with ITIL considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, prioritization, and communication skills, with the ability to support technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with business teams, Technology partners, and external vendors.
  • Experience with integrations, data validation, reporting, cloud-based enterprise applications, or multi-site healthcare/dental environments is considered an asset.
