Gainbridge is a subsidiary of Group 1001, recently rebranded, and in the middle of a serious investment in growth. To support this growth, the Compliance Department within Group 1001’s Life and Annuity Business Unit seeks an outstanding compliance professional who can be a trusted partner and help Gainbridge innovate with confidence by balancing business objectives, customer experience, and regulatory requirements. You will sit at the intersection of a fast-moving consumer brand and a highly regulated industry, translating complex insurance, annuity, and advertising regulations into practical, risk-based guidance that enables the business to move quickly and confidently.
Compensation:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The total compensation for this position ranges from $135,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $165,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Employees who meet benefit eligibility guidelines and work 30 hours or more weekly, have the ability to enroll in Group 1001’s benefits package. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the Company’s comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plan options.
