Imprescindible:

5+ años gestionando proyectos de desarrollo Salesforce.
Experiencia con nCino → requisito obligatorio.
Experiencia con Sales Cloud.
Conocimientos de LWC, Apex y Flows.
Experiencia con UX/UI.
Experiencia trabajando con metodologías Agile.
Manejo/conocimiento de Jenkins, Git y Jira.
Perfil con visión E2E, capaz de entender tanto la parte funcional como la técnica.
Aunque NO tiene que programar, debe ser capaz de indagar en código y entender lo que ocurre técnicamente.
Capacidad de gestión de personas y cliente.
