  • Ensure that finance processes integrate optimally with related areas such as controlling, purchasing, sales, or logistics.
  • Plan and facilitate customer workshops and training sessions, developing tailored solutions in collaboration with business departments.

Stellenintro

Als Senior SAP Finance Consultant begleitest du unsere Kunden bei der Weiterentwicklung ihrer Finance-Prozesse und der Transformation auf SAP S/4HANA. Dabei verbindest du fachliche Beratung mit technischem Verständnis und sorgst dafür, dass aus komplexen Anforderungen funktionierende, nachhaltige Lösungen werden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Optimiere SAP-Finance-Prozesse: Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse in SAP FI, identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale und entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden zukunftsfähige Lösungen. 
  • Gestalte S/4HANA-Transformationen: Du begleitest Kunden fachlich und technisch bei der Einführung, Migration und Weiterentwicklung von SAP S/4HANA Finance. 
  • Verbinde End-to-End-Prozesse: Du stellst sicher, dass Finance-Prozesse optimal mit angrenzenden Bereichen wie Controlling, Einkauf, Vertrieb oder Logistik zusammenspielen. 
  • Mache komplexe Themen verständlich: Du konzipierst und moderierst Kundenworkshops und Schulungen und entwickelst gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen passgenaue Lösungen. 
  • Übernimm Verantwortung: Je nach Erfahrung leitest du Teilprojekte oder komplette Arbeitspakete - von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung. 
  • Schaffe nachhaltigen Mehrwert: Du unterstützt unsere Bestandskunden auch im SAP Support, löst komplexe Fragestellungen und entwickelst ihre SAP-Landschaft kontinuierlich weiter. 

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als SAP Finance Consultant, SAP FI/CO Consultant oder SAP Key User mit fundiertem Prozessverständnis im Finance-Umfeld. 
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SAP FI sowie idealerweise praktische Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA Finance und Transformationsprojekten. 
  • Du verstehst End-to-End-Prozesse und kannst Anforderungen aus dem Fachbereich in tragfähige SAP-Lösungen übersetzen. 
  • Erfahrung in Kundenberatung, Workshop-Moderation, Präsentation oder Schulung sowie die Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Stakeholder zusammenzubringen. 
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig, lösungsorientiert und übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Themen und Projekte. 
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie projektabhängige Reisebereitschaft.
