Senior Mobile Developer (Native — iOS & Android)

About the Role

As a Senior Mobile Developer, you'll work across multiple client engagements, building native iOS and Android applications from the ground up. You'll be hands-on through the full delivery lifecycle — translating client requirements into robust, production-ready apps — while leveraging the latest AI-intensive technologies to build smarter products and work more efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship native mobile applications for a variety of clients using Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android)
  
• Take features and projects end to end — from understanding client requirements through architecture, development, testing, and release
  
• Integrate AI-driven capabilities into client apps (on-device ML, LLM-backed features, intelligent UX)
  
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery timelines and improve code quality
  
• Adapt to different project domains, tech stacks, and client expectations
  
• Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, QA, and clients in a distributed, remote-first setup
  
• Maintain high standards for performance, security, and code quality across every deliverable
  

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional native mobile development experience, ideally in a services, agency, or consulting environment
  
• Strong, demonstrable expertise in Swift and Kotlin
  
• Solid command of native platform fundamentals (iOS SDK, Android SDK, lifecycle, concurrency, memory management)
  
• Hands-on experience with recent AI-intensive technologies — working with LLMs, AI coding assistants, and/or integrating AI/ML into applications
  
• Experience with modern architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture) and UI frameworks (SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose)
  
• Comfort context-switching across multiple projects and client requirements
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and the full app store release process
  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients and distributed teams
  

Nice to Have

• Experience delivering client projects across diverse industries
  
• Familiarity with Kotlin Multiplatform or shared cross-platform logic
  
• On-device ML experience (Core ML, TensorFlow Lite, ML Kit)
  
• A portfolio of shipped client apps or open-source contributions
