Coloplast is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Legal Assistant Contractor to provide administrative and operational support to the Vice President & General Counsel North America, and the Corporate Paralegal. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in a sophisticated in-house legal department while supporting a broad range of corporate governance, licensing, legal operations, and administrative functions. This role provides meaningful exposure to the highly regulated medical device and durable medical equipment industries and legal work while maintaining a flexible, part-time schedule. The successful candidate will assist with corporate filings, state and local licensing management, invoice processing, reporting, document organization, and general legal department operations.
The position is fully remote and requires approximately 9-12 hours per week, generally spread across three to four consistent business days each week. The length of assignment is anticipated to be 2 years.
