We are seeking a Project Controls Manager to join our team in Marlborough, MA.
This role supports the client's Cambridge (Boston), Massachusetts site. Onsite/hybrid requirements are subject to client's requirements.
General responsibilities will be focused on Cost Management, include:
Project setup.
Cost reporting including forecasting/re-forecasting.
Cashflow/spend projections.
Vendor contract and purchase order setup.
Change order review.
Invoice review.
Vendor and project closeout.
Mid-level/5 years experience is preferred.
Scheduling experience is a bonus.

Expected compensation range is between $105,000 - $150,000 annually hourly depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
