Du verbindest Mitarbeiterführung mit praktischer Arbeit in den Bereichen Testing und Automatisierung. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Engineering- und Produktteams zusammen, um Risiken frühzeitig zu erkennen und die Entwicklung sowie Veröffentlichung unserer Software kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Du übersetzt Unternehmensziele und Produktprioritäten in eine Quality-Engineering-Roadmap mit klaren und messbaren Verbesserungszielen. Du setzt Prioritäten, delegierst Aufgaben und stellst dich direkt komplexen Herausforderungen im Testing.
