Performance & Growth Marketer - eCommerce & DTC

What happens when a performance marketer stops asking, “What’s the ROAS?” and starts asking, “Is this actually good for the business?

We’re hiring a Performance & Growth Marketer – eCom & DTC for an Australia-based growth consultancy working with established 8- and 9-figure eCom, DTC, Shopify, and consumer brands.

The focus isn’t simply on buying more media.

You’ll be expected to understand what sits behind the numbers - profitability, CAC, LTV, contribution margin, payback, forecasting, attribution, incrementality, and the commercial context of each account.

Your work will include:

→ Managing Meta, Google, and other relevant paid channels
→ Building structured tests across media, creative, audiences, and offers
→ Diagnosing performance and making budget decisions
→ Connecting advertising performance to broader business outcomes
→ Translating analysis into recommendations for clients, founders, and senior stakeholders
You’ll also have access to weekly technical and strategy sessions, P&L-integrated dashboards, forecasting tools, and structured experimentation frameworks.

There’s a defined progression path:

Performance Marketer → Growth Performance Marketer → Senior Performance Marketer → Growth Strategist

Remote, with APAC-friendly hours.

Multiple levels are being considered based on experience, capability, and demonstrated commercial impact.
