Responsibilities

• Daily Analytics on top VIP clients' gaming activity across regions.

• Daily Tracking of Top Players and prompt communication with regional teams on their status and activity.

• Daily Oversight of Productive Activation and Reactivation of top VIP players across regions.

• Identifying Growth Opportunities in gaming activity, retention, and development of the top VIP base.

• Developing Approaches and Mechanics to grow VIP play, increase the number of top players, and integrate them into regional teams.

• Preparing Regular Analytics and Summaries on top VIP clients' gameplay.

• Identifying Anomalies, Deviations, and Potential Risks in VIP clients' gaming activity.

• Integrating and Applying AI Tools to deepen analysis, automate monitoring, and find new approaches to VIP base development.

• Monitoring the Quality and Effectiveness of the VIP Product, including identifying product issues and areas for improvement.

• Collaborating with Product, Analytics, Operations, and Regional Teams on VIP product development and customer experience.

• Handling Ad-Hoc VIP Tasks: urgent OSINT, calls, migrations, data summaries, temporary coverage of VIP functions in a region, and other tasks.

• Rapid Response to Problem Regions, including temporary coverage of the VIP function when needed.

• Sourcing and Implementing New Tools, Approaches, and Practices to improve VIP department effectiveness.

Skills/Knowledge

• Deep product expertise

• Understanding of player behavior patterns

• Setting requirements (briefs) for analysis and critically interpreting metric results

• Basic proficiency working with dashboards and reading metrics and their relationships

• Practical, targeted use of AI tools

• Deep understanding of player fraud patterns

• Hands-on VIP communication experience
