Main Responsibilities
  • As a Territory Manager, you will drive commercial success across Belgium & Luxembourg by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new business within the vascular market. You will act as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals, helping advance vascular therapies and supporting improved patient outcomes. 

  • This is a field-based role requiring clinical engagement, commercial ownership, and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment. 

  • Drive territory growth by acquiring new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships across the vascular portfolio 

  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to maximize product adoption and achieve business objectives 

  • Build partnerships with physicians, interventional specialists, hospital stakeholders, and Key Opinion Leaders across Belgium & Luxembourg 

  • Provide procedural support, product demonstrations, and clinical expertise during customer evaluations and cases 

  • Deliver customer education and training to support the successful adoption of vascular therapies 

  • Identify opportunities to expand therapy utilization and support customers in integrating new technologies into clinical practice 

  • Leverage market developments and reimbursement opportunities to accelerate portfolio growth 

  • Monitor customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities 

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Service, and commercial colleagues to support territory objectives and customer success 


What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field 

  • 3-5 years of sales experience within medical devices, healthcare, or a related industry 

  • Experience in vascular, neurovascular, peripheral vascular, interventional cardiology, radiology, or other procedure-driven markets 

  • Experience engaging physicians and hospital stakeholders within a clinical environment 

  • Track record of developing business opportunities and growing customer accounts 

  • Ability to combine clinical understanding with a commercially focused approach 

  • Relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills 

  • Proactive and self-driven mindset with the ability to independently manage a field-based territory 

  • Fluent Dutch and English language skills; French is considered an advantage 

  • Valid driver's license
